Seven years after his very first exhibition, Pan Negro, at Galerie Itinerrance, Spanish artist David de la Mano returns to Paris with a new solo show, INTEMPERIE. The artist offers his French public a scenography and a collection of original minimalist and monochromatic works.
Through this exhibition, the artist invites us to reflect on the interactions between the body, the mind and the external environment. It’s a theme centred on the dialogue between man and the environment, approached through more or less implicit mythological and cultural references. With his usual poetic style, David De la Mano deals with the fragility of life, the interconnection between the individual and the outside world, and between man and his psyche.
